Salary: £70,000 per annum + package

Hill McGlynn Recruitment is proud to be working with a dynamic and fast-growing fit-out contractor based in Canterbury, delivering high-quality commercial and bespoke interior projects across London and the South East.
Due to sustained growth and a strong project pipeline, they are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on fast-paced, design-led fit-out schemes in sectors including office, hospitality, retail, and specialist interiors.
The Role:
*
Commercial management of multiple interior fit-out projects, often under tight programmes.
*
Cost planning, budgeting, and preparation of interim and final accounts.
*
Subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and valuation management.
*
Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and clients to deliver quality outcomes on budget.
*
Attend site meetings and ensure commercial targets are achieved.
Ideal Candidate:
*
Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit-out or refurbishment sector.
*
Experience working on high-spec or commercial interiors projects preferred.
*
Strong negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
*
Knowledge of JCT and other relevant contract forms.
*
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or relevant experience in a similar role.
