Job Description
Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a main contracting background ready to make the move client side? This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business with an exceptional pipeline of fit-out and refurbishment projects across London.
Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee multiple high-profile fit-out and refurbishment packages valued up to £14 million. With a strong presence in either the retail, commercial, leisure, hotel, and hospitality sectors, you'll play a critical role in cost management, reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead commercial management on fit-out and refurbishment projects
Prepare, monitor, and manage cost plans
Liaise closely with contractors and consultants to ensure delivery to budget
Provide strategic commercial insight to support project and business goals
Ensure robust procurement, contract administration, and financial reportingAbout You:
Strong background in main contracting, with a desire to move client side
Proven experience in cost planning and fit-out projects
Sector knowledge across retail, commercial, leisure, hotel or hospitality
Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
Ambitious and commercially astute with an eye on progressionWhat's on Offer:
