Quantity Surveyor – Oxfordshire
We’re working with a well-regarded contractor on the search for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a high-profile heritage scheme in the Oxfordshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a £30M multi-phase project comprising a mix of new build and refurbishment works, set within an important listed events space. The project presents a rare chance to work on a technically complex and prestigious scheme from early phases through to completion.
Key Details:
* Location: Oxfordshire
* Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + package
* Project: £30M, listed heritage building, events-led focus
* Scope: Multi-phase delivery, new build + refurbishment
* Team: Established commercial and operational department – we’ve recently placed a Site Manager on the project
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in heritage, listed, or complex refurb projects is highly desirable
* Proven background working on multi-phase construction schemes
* Able to manage subcontractor packages, cost planning, and commercial reporting
* Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills
