Job Description
A family-feel, London Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an APC-level Quantity Surveyor to join it’s expanding team.
The Quantity Surveyor’s role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a team of circa 7, working across several meaningful and rewarding healthcare related projects, as well as dividing into higher education, and residential projects.
The team are seeking an APC calibre Quantity Surveyor who is able to undertake pre and post contract services, and possibly lead smaller projects with any necessary supervision and support.
The Quantity Surveyor
* Working towards completing your APC diary, or aiming to sit in the next 6-12 months
* Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
* 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
* Basic pre and post contract knowledge
* Any healthcare or education project experience would be a plus
