Quantity Surveyor Commercial & Data Centres | Nr Brentwood | Permanent | Starts ASAP
The Role:
A main contractor in Essex is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
You'll be working closely with both the Contracts Manager and Commercial Director, handling day-to-day QS responsibilities from procurement through to final accounts. Mostly office-based, 85pm, with the occasional site visit (but not often).
The Projects:
A mix of commercial refurbishments, data centre fit-outs, and soon moving back into residential schemes. Projects are typically £500k£3m, and mostly based across London and the South East. Solid, well-run jobs with a focus on quality and cost control.
What they're looking For:
• 25+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor (main contractor preferred)
• Some knowledge of commercial or data centre projects or similar fast-paced environments
• Able to work full-time in the Essex office (must drive no nearby train station)
