We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Chorley, Lancashire

As a self-delivering Quantity Surveyor with expertise in industrial & commercial property, groundworks, and civils, you'll work on diverse projects, gain end-to-end commercial exposure, and be part of a supportive, ambitious team that's focused on both quality delivery and professional growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing the full commercial lifecycle of projects - from valuations and CVRs to final accounts
Delivery of key packages including groundworks, steel and cladding
Identifying opportunities to improve margin through smart procurement and commercial insight
Engaging with project teams on-site to stay ahead of cost implications and ensure timely decisions
Administering contracts, preparing notices, and managing supply chain accounts
Working closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure projects remain profitable and compliantWhat You Bring:
Experience in construction (industrial/groundworks experience is required)
Good working knowledge of the Preconstruction stage
Confident working under JCT contracts
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential.
Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
A proactive mindset and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
Full, clean UK driving licenceBenefits:
