Job Description
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor working within the Commercial Team under the guidance of the Commercial Director you will complete a range of tasks on each project.
Job Duties -
* Contracts and procurement -Reviewing ITT’s & Contracts with the estimating & bid teams and advising on the risks within
* Measurement -Monitoring site reports as they arrive to advise clients on early warnings of change/recording progress and valuing the work, based on agreed contract rates. Submission of applications for payment.
* Cost Forecasting-: This involves forecasting the final costs of projects or work packages (individual contracts within a project).
* Monitoring profit and loss-Working with the Pro Rail Commercial Director you will assist with compiling periodic reports to show the progress of a project
* Liaising with clients-You will need to attend meetings with clients and advise them on any commercial issues that arise
Candidate must have
* Good IT skills
* Good communication skills
* Good or skills
* Good time management
