Quantity Surveyor - Water Framework
Chatham, Kent
£45,000 to £55,000 + package
I'm working with a leading infrastructure contractor who are delivering a major capital works framework for a busy, well regarded main contractor. With secured long-term work across the region, they're now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support project delivery across their water infrastructure programme in Kent.
As Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of a range of projects under the AMP capital delivery programme. Based from the Chatham office, you'll support the wider commercial team with:
Subcontract procurement and management
Cost reporting, forecasting and CVRs
Managing change and risk
Ensuring compliance with NEC contracts
Supporting the Commercial Manager with monthly reporting and client liaison
What They're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a main contractor
Exposure to water or utilities frameworks (AMP experience desirable)
Strong understanding of NEC contracts
Good commercial acumen and confident client communication skills
Ideally degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
