My client are a reputable main contractor who are looking for an Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London! Projects are mostly large residential schemes - new build and refurbishment. Their sustained growth makes this a very exciting time to join!

Ideal candidate:
* Degree preferable
* Ideally worked on residential projects (apartments/housing)
* Previous experience working on large scale projects
* Main contractor experience
Duties will include:
* Leading a project through to completion
* Weekly and monthly reporting to the directors
* Agreeing main contract sums
* Managing variations and claims
* Managing the cash flow
* Procuring materials and subcontractors
* Attending project progress meetings
* Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports
* Preparation of final accounts
