Quantity Surveyor Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + package Location: Euston, London   Headlines An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a busy, growing contractor with a strong reputation in insurance reinstatement, refurbishment, and planned/reactive maintenance. With a number of new projects secured across the commercial, social housing, and private residential sectors, the business is expanding its commercial team and offering a long-term position with genuine progression. You’ll be overseeing a portfolio of projects across London and the South East, taking ownership of cost control, subcontractor management, and financial reporting—all within a dynamic and supportive team structure.   Your Next Job – What You’ll Be Doing As a Quantity Surveyor, you will: Manage project budgets, procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts Oversee subcontractor engagement—from tender to payment Prepare and submit monthly CVRs and cash flow forecasts Work with project managers to ensure delivery within cost and time constraints Liaise with insurers, clients, and consultants on all financial matters Support junior QSs and contribute to commercial best practice across the team Your Next Employer – Where You’ll Be Doing It This contractor has carved out a niche in fast-turnaround property services, offering a mix of planned maintenance, complex refurbishments, and insurance-led reinstatement projects.
