The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of multiple high-value projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with the project management and site teams, as well as with some of the most respected architects and interior designers in the industry, you will ensure that each project meets financial targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Preparation and management of cost plans, budgets, and estimates

Evaluation of subcontractor and supplier packages and procurement
*
Contract administration, variations, and interim valuations
*
Monitoring project costs and advising on commercial risk
*
Preparing final accounts and project financial reporting
*
Collaborating with clients, consultants, and the wider project team
Candidate Requirements
*
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
*
Proven experience in the prime or super-prime residential, hotel, or commercial sectors
*
Strong understanding of construction contracts (JCT, etc.)
*
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
*
A proactive and professional approach to work and client liaison
