Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Reading
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum + package (all levels considered)
We're supporting a leading consultancy on a brand-new opportunity to work client-side on major infrastructure programmes within the water industry.
This is a fantastic chance to join a long-term programme that offers both stability and the opportunity to work on critical infrastructure, with scope for career development and growth across all levels - whether you're an Assistant QS ready for the next step, or a seasoned Senior QS looking for a fresh challenge.
What's on offer:
·Permanent role via a well-regarded consultancy
·Working client-side on a major UK water industry framework
·Hybrid working - with three days per week based at the client's office in Reading
·Salary flexible based on experience - circa £40,000 to £70,000, with potential to flex up to £75,000
·Car allowance included
Ideal background:
·Water sector experience is essential - doesn't need to be extensive, but some exposure is required
·Open on level - from Assistant QS through to Senior QS
·Preferably from a consultancy background, though candidates from contractor backgrounds will also be considered
·NEC contract experience is a nice to have, but not essential
·Must have some contract administration or contract management experience
