Façade Quantity Surveyor
📍 London (Southwark office – Hybrid working)
💰 Up to £90,000 + benefits
🏗 Specialist Façade & Curtain Walling Contractor
A rapidly growing façade contractor with a strong UK project pipeline is looking for a Façade Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team at a pivotal point in the company’s growth.
The business currently has a turnover of £15m, with clear plans to scale to £30m+ over the next 12–24 months. With multiple major projects secured across London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Leeds, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious QS to take a lead role in delivering high-value façade packages, with a clear route to Managing QS / Senior Commercial Manager in the near future.
You’ll be joining at the perfect time to grow your career, take on more responsibility, and eventually manage a team of QSs as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities:

QS responsibility on curtain walling and cladding packages across multiple UK projects
*
Preparation of valuations, cost reports, budgets, variations, and final accounts
*
Subcontractor procurement and contract administration
*
Supporting tender processes and cost planning
*
Working closely with project teams to ensure strong financial and commercial performance
*
Involvement in commercial strategy and helping shape the UK QS function
What We’re Looking For:
*
Minimum 4 years’ experience in façades, curtain walling, or cladding
*
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail — confident working with numbers and commercial data
*
Solid understanding of construction contracts (JCT / NEC)
*
Experience with unitised systems beneficial
*
Proactive, ambitious, and ready to take the next step in your commercial career
