Quantity Surveyor – Exeter | Property Projects Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits | Hybrid Options Available Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take on a diverse portfolio of high-value property projects? I am currently working with a consultancy who are seeking a skilled and driven Quantity Surveyors to join a growing team in Exeter, working across a range of developments with values from £1M to £50M+. You’ll play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards throughout the project lifecycle. About the Role: Oversee cost planning, tendering, contract negotiation, and post-contract cost control. Work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Collaborate with developers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Prepare detailed reports, valuations, and cost forecasts. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations. ✅ What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with exposure to projects £1M+. Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC). Exceptional analytical and communication skills. Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., RICS or working towards).
