Quantity Surveyor – Exeter | Property Projects

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take on a diverse portfolio of high-value property projects?
I am currently working with a consultancy who are seeking a skilled and driven Quantity Surveyors to join a growing team in Exeter, working across a range of developments with values from £1M to £50M+. You’ll play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards throughout the project lifecycle.
About the Role:
Oversee cost planning, tendering, contract negotiation, and post-contract cost control.
Work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Collaborate with developers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare detailed reports, valuations, and cost forecasts.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with exposure to projects £1M+.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC).
Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., RICS or working towards).
Based in or willing to relocate to Exeter (hybrid working considered).
