Quantity Surveyor - Up to £45K (Dependant on experience) - Central London
Our client is a leading specialist construction and refurbishment contractor covering projects within the Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Residential sector,
Due to continued growth they seek a Quantity Surveyor (ideally with 3+ years experience) with UK project experience who has ideally worked for a subcontractor or contractor and able to provide post contract commercial activities.
On going training and support is given to the right individual as well as support in Day Release qualification if required.
Our client is seeking a career driven, excellent communicator who wants to define their career with a growing construction business delivering excellent post contract commercial work within the UK Construction market.
Daily duties
* Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
* Prepare and analyse costings for tenders
* CVR's
* Assist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies
* Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports
* Value completed work and arrange payments
