About the role
£65,000 - £80,000
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of projects from inception to completion? In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, designers, and project managers to deliver innovative commercial fit-outs and educational spaces. You’ll be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, conducting valuations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters. You’ll join a collaborative team where your input will shape not only the cost management process but also influence design and delivery decisions.

Requirements
*
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within commercial fit-out, interiors, or similar construction environments
*
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build trusted relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
*
Proficiency with cost reporting and contract administration (JCT experience advantageous)
*
A proactive mindset with the drive to deliver quality results in a fast-paced setting
*
