Quantity Surveyor | Birmingham | Commercial & Industrial | July 2025
Join a well-established main contractor delivering steel-frame commercial and industrial builds across the Midlands. You'll take commercial responsibility for multiple live jobs at oncetypically between 26 projectsreporting directly into senior management.
No layers of management herejust you, your sites, and a team who trust you to get on with it.
The Role
• Oversee a range of steel-frame commercial & industrial schemes
• Office-based in Birmingham with regular Midlands site visits
• Full QS duties from procurement through to final account
• Self-managed role reporting directly to the Construction Director
• Commercial responsibility for 26 jobs depending on scale
What they're looking for
• 2+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Main Contracting experience
• Experience working on steel frame, commercial, or industrial build projects
• Based within commuting distance of Quinton (office-based role)
