FREELANCE QUANTITY SURVEYOR
EAST SUSSEX TN33
£350+ PER DAY
START ASAP
2 MONTH+ CONTRACT
This position for a freelance Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for the day to day commercial activity on a £10M refurbishment project in East Sussex.
The contract is traditional JCT. You will be able to demonstrate a high degree of commercial knowledge and understanding of contractual and commercial processes. Working closely with a Snr QS
Key Duties & responsibilities for this role include:
* To develop close and effective working relationships with the site team and all suppliers.
* To be commercially agile and provide commercial information and solutions
* Preparation of interim accounts
* Manage day to day commercial and contract activities
* Sub-contract valuations and variations
* Contractual correspondence
* Commercial reporting and cost forecasting
