Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kent Office

Focusing on delivering high-quality private housing developments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and committed to enhancing specifications to remain competitive in the market. We are looking for driven individuals to join them on this journey.
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join the dynamic and established team at their Kent office. This role is pivotal in supporting our ongoing projects and contributing to their expansion plans. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in quantity surveying, with hands-on experience in managing residential construction projects.
Primary Responsibilities: The Surveyor will be responsible for managing a new project of 60 units, ensuring accurate cost management and project delivery.
Key Qualifications and Skills: We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual with at least five to six years of post-graduate experience in quantity surveying. A relevant QS degree or similar is ideal. Proficiency in Coins, Dock Hosting, and DocuSign is highly desirable. The ability to manage projects independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment is crucial.
Team and Reporting Structure: The Surveyor will report directly to the Commercial Director.
