Job Description
Are you looking to join a forward-thinking consultancy where you'll work on a diverse portfolio of national projects across commercial, retail, industrial, and leisure sectors?
We're working with a highly regarded, design-led property and construction consultancy who are continuing to expand their cost consultancy team. With a strong reputation built over two decades, they offer a genuinely collaborative environment where Quantity Surveyors work closely with in-house architects, project managers, and surveyors to deliver quality-led solutions.
The Role
You'll play a key role in providing full pre and post-contract cost management services across a variety of exciting schemes. Expect involvement from early feasibility stages right through to final account, including:
Preparation of cost plans, tender documentation and procurement advice
Risk management, valuations, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Supporting the development of junior QS staff and collaborating with other technical disciplines
Working closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure cost-effective delivery
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client-side environment
Ideally MRICS or working toward chartership
Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects and liaising with internal design teams
Tech-friendly and open to working in a BIM-integrated workflow
