Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + package
Location: Highgate, North London or Epsom, Surrey

We're recruiting for Quantity Surveyors — one for the £34m RC frame and basement care home in Highgate (September start) and one for the £24m RC frame and basement care home in Epsom (October start).

Your Next Job - What You'll Be Doing
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:
Manage procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
Oversee subcontractor engagement from tender to payment
Produce monthly CVRs and cost forecasts
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure profitability and cost control
Liaise with the client and consultants on all commercial matters Your Next Employer - Where You'll Be Doing It

Proven experience as a QS on RC frame/basement projects
Strong contractual and commercial knowledge (JCT preferred)
Excellent negotiation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
