Description
Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Conduct regular cost analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
Assess project progress and recommend cost-saving measures where applicable.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Collaborate closely with project managers and construction teams to meet deadlines.
Manage risk and resolve any financial discrepancies during the project lifecycle.
Provide professional advice on commercial and contractual matters.Profile
A successful Quantity Surveyor should have:
A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong experience working on construction projects within the property services or maintenance sectors.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using relevant software for budgeting and reporting.
A thorough understanding of construction contracts and legislation.
