Job Description
RWR Recuritment are now recuriting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing organisation with headquarters based in Llantrisant.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will;
* Be experienced in surveying refurbishment and repair projects,
* Manage costs and contracts
* Ability to liaise with project teams and clients.
* Coordianting projects from the initial planning stages, through to project completion, ensuring projects stay within budget and meet quality standards.
* Analyse costs, prepare estimates, and manage contracts
The role offers:
* Salary of up to £55k DOE
* Company car or car allowance + fuel package
* Pension scheme
* Optional private medical cover
* Paid holidays
* Performance-based salary enhancement (linked to turnover and profit margins)
* Site visits are required but main location will be Llantrisant Head Office
