Job Description
I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a regional contractor, you will be based out of their Berkshire office
Spec below
Quantity Surveyor required to run 2 projects of circa £5-£20M depending on experience.
The projects are typically within an hour of their Berkshire office.
Their QS’s have entire commercial responsibility for their projects including subcontract procurement, external valuation and Final Account, valuation and remeasurement of subcontractor accounts and internal cost reporting.
They carry out works across a range of sectors with a lot of work for state and private schools, housing associations, care homes providers and others.
