Job Description
Quantity Surveyor (Dry Lining)
South Yorkshire with travel to sites
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum + car allowance or car
Permanent | Full-Time
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in dry lining or working for an interior’s subcontractor
TS Recruitment is working with a regional dry lining contractor to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to commercial mange commercial projects

Role Responsibilities:
Visit sites weekly to carry out sub-contractor invoice approvals for wages
Approve and pay all subcontractors
Procure materials for sites
Apply and agree variations
Ensure sites are within budget
Complete cost value reports
Present to directors and support through final accounts
Estimate and price work presenting to the directors for submission
About the Company:
Regional dry lining contractor
Long established stable business
Work includes schools, student accommodation, industrial units and more
What We’re Looking For:
Min 5 years’ experience working for a subcontractor
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
Forward thinking and dynamic
