QUANTITY SURVEYOR NEEDED ***
I am working with a large organisation who are looking for 2x Quantity Surveyors to start ASAP for a potential 3 year contract.
The role will be based in South Wales. 4 days on site / 1 day remote
Pay is negotiable - INSIDE IR35
Main duties and experience needed;
Experienced QS
Contract management
Claims
Documentation
Management of contract processes
Liaising with stakeholders
NEC4 or FIDIC is essential
RICS is beneficial
QS degree or some equivalent within Law
Industry experience - industrial, chemical, nuclear, power, petrochemBefore You Apply
