A unique opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing, independent construction consultancy based near London Bridge. Known for their thoughtful and high-quality approach, this close-knit team delivers client-side cost consultancy and project management across a diverse portfolio - from heritage buildings and schools to high-end residential and commercial developments.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
If you're a Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a collaborative, professional environment and is ready to take the next step in your consultancy career, this role offers the variety, autonomy, and progression you've been looking for.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that will see you regularly attending sites across Greater London. You'll play a key part in ensuring project success while supporting business growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
Based in a modern, open-plan office in central London, you'll be part of a collaborative team with hands-on APC support, direct client exposure, and clear progression opportunities.
The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar (RICS Accredited)
3+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy firm
Good pre & post contract experience
MRICS is highly desirable, or currently working towards
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam experience a bonusWhat's on Offer?
