Job Description
Our client, a well-established construction consultancy, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Thames Ditton. Quantity Surveyor - Benefits

Quantity Surveyor - Role Overview
Support in preparing budget estimates and cost plans
Assist in producing Schedules of Works and Bills of Quantities
Help with analysing tender returns and preparing cost estimates
Assist in contract administration, valuations, and final accounts
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants on residential refurbishment projects
Work under the guidance of senior surveyors on live project delivery
Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience within the residential sector
Track record of delivering success on residential projects
Experience gained either consultancy-side, contractor-side, or both
Ambition to achieve MRICS or MCIOB chartered status
Strong problem-solving, project management, and client-facing skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
