Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer
Up to £45k DOE plus company package
Location: Warwick

About the Role:
Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the more senior surveyors in the business with the following:
* Site appraisal / land valuation
* Prepare tender packs for subcontract & materials
* Preparation of site budgets including take offs
* Subcontract & materials quotes comparison
* Issue of subcontract & materials orders
* Issue of variation orders for subcontract, materials & plant
* Payments & final accounts
* Collation of subcontractor health & safety information
* General administration / filing
About the benefits / rewards:
The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £45k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.
Requirements:
* Assistant looking to step up
* Ideally worked for a Residential Developer within recent years
* Must have residential build experience
* Must be able to demonstrate job loyalty
