Job Description
Siamo Recruitment have partnered with a rapidly growing dynamic construction consultancy, work on diverse and high-value projects across the residential, leisure and commercial sectors. They are looking for a proactive and driven Quantity Surveyor looking to take their career to the next level, to join their team.
As a Quantity Surveyor you'll play a vital role in delivering both pre- and post-contract services while working closely with experienced Senior QSs and Director, you’ll support and lead on high-quality project delivery for clients across multiple sectors.

Salary: £50,000.00
Hours: 40 hours per week

The Quantity Surveyor role will have the following responsibilities:
Support Senior QS and Directors in delivering pre- and post-contract services
Assist with cost planning, tendering, valuations, and final accounts.
Manage aspects of residential, commercial, and leisure projects (£500k–£50m).
Take ownership of projects where experience allows.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout project lifecycles.
Travel to sites across the UK with flexible working hours as required.
Ensure compliance with contractual and health & safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have the following skillset:
A degree in Quantity Surveying is desired.
Experience in a similar role is essential.
Have exposure to managing high value projects.
Be a full member of the RICS is essential.
Have a Full UK Driving Licence
Have strong IT skills within Microsoft Applications.
The ability to work under pressure.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Be numerate and literate.
