Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a passion for delivering exceptional projects at the very top end of the residential market? This is a rare opportunity to join a privately owned, medium-sized contractor renowned for creating some of the most prestigious homes in London and the Home Counties.

The RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of the project team, overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of schemes typically ranging between £5m – £20m. Responsibilities will include:
Preparing cost plans, budgets, and tenders
Managing subcontractor procurement and negotiation
Monitoring costs throughout the project lifecycle
Producing valuations, variations, and final accounts
Working closely with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure successful delivery
About You
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the high-end or prime residential sector
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and client-facing ability
Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and precision
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (RICS desirable)
