Hemel Hempstead
£55,000-£65,000 Basic + Hybrid Working + Training + Progression to Senior + Package + Immediate Start

Your Role As A Quantity Surveyor Will Include:
Offer expert contractual guidance to project teams
Oversee commercial management duties
Carry out cost planning, budget estimates, and financial reviews
Review completed designs to ensure they meet commercial and contractual requirementsThe Successful Quantity Surveyor Will Have:
5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying within construction
Valid CSCS card
Strong knowledge with construction contracts (NEC and JCT)
Degree in Quantity Surveying / commercial management / construction management
