Job Description
Quantity Surveyor | Interiors Fit-Out | Greater London / East Anglia | Sept 2025
An excellent opportunity for a capable QS to take commercial responsibility on a range of fast-paced interiors projects across residential, commercial, education, and fit-out sectors.
You'll split your time between sites in London and East Anglia, with some flexibility for remote working, and will work closely with clients and delivery teams to manage procurement, subcontractor accounts, valuations, and reporting.
The Role
•QS role across interiors fit-out and refurbishment schemes
•Full commercial duties from pre-construction through delivery
•Cost planning, cost management, and cost reporting
•Preparing and managing BOQs and subcontractor packages
•Working closely with client-side teams and internal project staff
What they're looking for
•4+ years' experience in a main contractor or fit-out QS role
•Background in interiors, residential, or commercial projects
•Strong analytical and numerical skills
•Proficient with cost control, cost planning, and BOQs
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Able to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
