Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end management of subcontract accounts from procurement through final valuation
* Drive negotiation processes and strengthen financial acumen through subcontractor onboarding
* Ensure accurate and timely payment processing to maintain strong supplier relationships
* Partner with site teams to identify, capture, and value change events as they occur
* Maintain detailed variation tracking systems for effective project cost management
* Challenge and negotiate client assessments to optimize commercial outcomes
* Support scheduling teams with application processes and documentation
* Build strong working relationships with site teams, subcontractors, and clients
* Act as commercial liaison across project stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
Requirements
* Proven experience in subcontract account management and cost control within construction
* Solid understanding of contract procedures and variation valuation processes
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with confidence managing multiple stakeholders
* Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational abilities
Competitive Package
* Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (experience dependent)
