Quantity Surveyor – Staffordshire
💰 Up to £60,000 + car allowance + bonus
We’re looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a leading privately-owned housebuilder with a reputation for quality, sustainability, and people-first values.
In this role, you’ll manage costs across procurement and subcontracting, produce valuations, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably. You’ll also work closely with site teams and have the chance to mentor junior surveyors.
