The successful candidate will manage budgets, value assessments, subcontractor packages, and final accounts—ensuring projects stay on track financially and meet quality standards. This role involves collaborating with design and delivery teams, advising clients on cost risk, and helping steer project strategy throughout the lifecycle.

Excellent communication and collaborative skills, capable of engaging with clients and project teams effectively
