£45,000 - £60,000 + Company Vehicle + 28 Days Holiday + Pension + Early Finish Fridays

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, family-run civils and groundworks contractor. This role offers stability, variety, and the chance to be part of a close-knit team with genuine long-term prospects.

This contractor are a Lincolnshire-based civil engineering company, established in over 25 years ago built from the ground up. They have gone from strength to strength know for delivering high quality civils and groundworks projects in the commercial sector. They are now looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to work on pipeline of upcoming projects.
This role will see you take responsibility for managing the commercial aspects of multiple civils and groundworks projects, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You'll be trusted to run tenders, assess risk, monitor project costs, and work closely with clients and the site team to ensure smooth delivery.

The Role:
Quantity surveying across a range of civil and groundworks projects
Preparing tenders, obtaining quotes, and negotiating contracts
Monitoring and reporting on project costs to ensure budgets are met
Carrying out site visits, valuations, re-measures, and variations
Producing accurate valuations and final accounts
Attending client and site meetings, liaising directly with stakeholders
Working closely with the Commercial and Civils teamThe Person:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Background in civils, groundworks, or main contracting preferred
Qualified in Quantity Surveying (or relevant equivalent experience)
Comfortable meeting clients and working in a smaller business environment
Looking for a long-term role with progression potential
