Quantity Surveyor - NEC3
Nuclear Site, Reading
Up to £400/day (Inside IR35)
Are you a Quantity Surveyor with NEC3 experience looking for your next challenge? This is a unique opportunity to work on one of the UK's most high-profile nuclear infrastructure programmes, based on a secure site in Reading.
This role offers the chance to operate in a complex, highly regulated environment, where your expertise will make a real impact on a major project.
The Role
Location: Reading (site-based, no remote)
Rate: Up to £400/day (Inside IR35)
Contract: Ongoing opportunity
Clearance: Existing SC preferred (must be eligible to obtain)
Nationality: British nationals only (security restrictions)
What We're Looking For
Proven Quantity Surveying experience on large-scale infrastructure or defence projects
Strong working knowledge of NEC3 contracts
Background in nuclear, defence, or other regulated sectors
Skilled in cost control, subcontract management, and commercial reporting
Confident working on site with client and contractor teams

Due to the nature of the project:
This is a site-based role only (no hybrid/remote option).
