Quantity Surveyor – High-Spec Residential Refurbishments
Location: Fulham, London
Salary: Up to £70,000 + package

Are you a Quantity Surveyor ready to step up and take ownership of high-end residential refurbishments? Join a growing specialist team delivering luxury homes across Chelsea, Kensington, and other prime London locations. Work directly with high-net-worth clients who demand the very best—and see the impact of your work on projects worth £500k–£3m.
Your Role
This is a hands-on, commercially-focused position where you’ll manage your own projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, and the divisional lead to ensure everything runs efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the full commercial process: procurement, valuations, variations, cost reporting, and final accounts.
Maintaining excellent client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and their professional teams.
Overseeing multiple projects at once—typically 2–3 live refurbishments.
Supporting the team by improving reporting and commercial processes as the business grows. Who We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying (refurb, residential, fit-out, main contracting, or commercial).
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage projects independently and protect margins.
Confident client-facing skills, able to work with high-net-worth individuals and their advisors.
