Quantity Surveyor - Prime Residential Refurbishment
• Windsor, Berkshire
•£65,000 - £70,000 + package
• October 2025

A principal contractor within the prime residential market would like to appoint a new Quantity Surveyor for their operations in the Cotswolds region.
The Quantity Surveyor will be overseeing the financial progress on prime new build and refurbishment projects valued between £1m and £5m. This opportunity will suit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking who enjoys working within the high quality residential sector.
Skills & Attributes
• Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveyor
• A minimum of 5 years' quantity surveying experience, preferably with a principal contractor in the prime residential sector.
• Client facing, professional and versatile.
