Our client, a well-established and very busy civil engineering contractor, is embarking on several major projects and is now seeking a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team in Swinton.

The Role
Managing costs, contracts, and commercial risks across multiple civils projects
Supporting project delivery teams to ensure profitability and efficiency
Working closely with senior management to deliver strategic objectives
Taking ownership of commercial processes and contributing to future improvements
About You
Experience in civil engineering / groundworks / infrastructure projects
A proactive, ambitious, and detail-driven professional who takes pride in their work
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A desire to progress into senior management and leadership roles over time
