Job Description
Job Title:** Quantity Surveyor
**Location:** Bournemouth/Chessington, UK
**Sector:** Renewable Construction - M+E Projects
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and review project tender documents and contracts.
- Conduct cost analysis and project feasibility studies.
- Advise on procurement strategy and manage project costs.
- Process contractual claims and payments to contractors.
- Collaborate with project teams and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with M+E and retrofit projects in renewable construction.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to travel between sites as needed.
