Quantity Surveyor - Docklands
Our client, a leading commercial M&E and fit-out contractor, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team on a major construction project in Canary Wharf. Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Experience working on multi-million-pound building and construction projects from start through to final account.
Interpret and understand client requirements, technical specifications, drawings, and overall project scope.
Collaborate with design, estimating, and operations teams throughout project lifecycle.
Utilise strong IT skills to manage project data and documentation effectively.
Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Role Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Docklands
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 (dependent on experience)
