The Role

Preparing accurate costings, estimates, and budgets for bespoke residential projects

Managing valuations, final accounts, and cost reporting with precision

Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget

Collaborating with architects, designers, and builders to ensure smooth delivery
The Candidate

Experienced Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a background in high-end residential projects

Excellent with numbers, detail-oriented, and commercially astute

Skilled in cost control, valuations, and final accounts
