I'm looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a well-respected Housing Association in the West Midlands, managing a portfolio of over 17,000 homes. You'll focus on repairs, maintenance, voids, and capital works, using NHF SORs and Excel for commercial reporting and cost management.

Key responsibilities:
Manage commercial performance across housing workstreams
Use NHF SORs to prepare specifications and costings
Monitor budgets, cash flow, and invoicing
Support dispute resolution and ensure contractual compliance
Oversee supplier and subcontractor processes
Requirements:
Quantity surveying experience within social housing
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
Knowledge of NHF SOR 7.2
HND/HNC or equivalent in Construction or Surveying
Full UK driving licence
