The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the financial and contractual management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will play a key role in the success of some truly exciting and outstanding builds. Responsibilities include:

Preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts

Overseeing subcontractor procurement, contracts, and payments
*
Monitoring financial progress and producing regular reports
*
Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts
*
Supporting project teams to ensure commercial efficiency and success

The Person
We are looking for an individual who brings:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction

Strong commercial and financial acumen
