V7 Recruitment are currently working with our client; a reputable and modern main contractor who are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a large refurbishment project in Manchester City Centre!

Ideal candidate:
* Main contractor background
* Experience on large scale refurbishment projects desired
* A degree or HNC level qualification
* Ambitious and motivated work attitude
* Strong management skills
Duties will include:
* Being based on site in Manchester City Centre.
* Procuring materials and subcontractors.
* Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers.
* Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.
* Preparation of final accounts.
* Identifying commercial risks.
* Monitoring cash flow.
* Assisting with the CVR.
* Working closely with the site teams including Senior Project Managers.
