Quantity Surveyor
Tier 1 Main Contractor – South of England
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Package
A leading Tier 1 main contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, delivering a variety of refurbishment and recladding projects across the South of England.
This role offers the opportunity to work independently with flexibility, running your own schemes while still benefitting from the support and resources of a Tier 1 environment.
The Role
*
Manage projects typically valued between £1m – £5m.
*
Current pipeline includes:
*
Recladding schemes (secured through PCSA).
*
Refurbishments of Job Centres.
*
MEP projects – heating systems, carpets, ceilings, kitchens.
*
£10m NHS refurbishment (rolling contracts).
*
Exposure to multiple contract types including NEC4, JCT and others.
*
Flexible working split between home, site and office (regional offices in London & Crawley).
*
Projects located across the South of England, with occasional site visits (Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent).
