The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the heart of the commercial success of projects. Working alongside designers, project managers, and clients, you will ensure every project is delivered profitably, efficiently, and to exacting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, manage, and control project budgets and cost plans.
* Produce accurate bills of quantities, cost estimates, and valuations.
* Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Conduct site visits and assess progress against budgets.
* Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
* Provide clear cost reports and advice to clients and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in high-end hospitality fit outs.
* Solid understanding of design & build contract structures and procurement routes.
* Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for quality delivery.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS accreditation preferred).
