Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: West Midlands, Longbridge, West Midlands
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Monday to Friday

About the Company:
Are you looking to join a growing, forward-thinking construction company with real progression opportunities?
We are working with a successful and expanding construction business that is looking to grow its Midlands team with the addition of a Quantity Surveyor.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic company delivering high-quality commercial projects up to £5 million.
Job Duties:
Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labour
Manage and track project budgets
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and provide cost advice
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
Review and analyse contract terms
Prepare and submit financial reports
Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
Required Qualifications / Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial construction projects up to £5 million
Proven track record of managing project budgets
UK Driving License
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Effective communication and negotiation abilities
Proficient in relevant software applications (Bluebeam experience is desired)
Working Conditions:
Office-based work with occasional travel to sites one a fortnight
